Next Tuesday, March 13th, at 15:30, a conference titled “Examples of Conservation Work on Furniture and Polychrome Metal and Wood Objects by Students of Riga Building College” will take place in the ESCRBC Auditorium.

The conference, conducted in English, will be presented by visiting professors Saiva Kuple, Ugis Balla, and Ieva Balla, all from Riga Building College (Riga, Latvia), an institution with which ESCRBC has had a collaboration agreement for years.

Professor Saiva Kuple is a specialist in the restoration of polychrome surfaces. Professor Ugis Balla specializes in the conservation and restoration of wood and furniture, while Professor Ieva Balla is an expert in the conservation and restoration of metals.

Admission to the conference is free until seating capacity is reached.
