ESCRBC is the leading institution in the training of cultural heritage conservators-restorers in Spain, with almost five decades of experience delivering the corresponding official degree.

At ESCRBC, we are very proud of what we have achieved to date, of the progress regarding the recognition of the degree from our beginnings to the present day, and above all, of the education our students receive. This is made possible by a careful curriculum tailored to professional competencies, applied content in all subjects, hands-on work with real artifacts from the early years, specialization in the last two years of the undergraduate curriculum, and the professionalism and dedication of our team. Notably, our graduates work at the highest level in the leading cultural institutions in Spain, either independently or as part of multidisciplinary teams.

The future of our studies lies in constantly adapting our educational offerings to the demands of the profession. That’s why, after implementing the current undergraduate curriculum (in force since the 2010-2011 academic year), we have been offering the Master’s in Conservation and Restoration of Cultural Heritage in Europe since the 2016-2017 academic year. Additionally, we don’t forget about our former graduates, as evidenced by the adaptation course to the current undergraduate degree, offered since 2013, and the annual offering of various courses for further training and specialization in various curriculum subjects.
